On stage were local Award Winning Singer Beverley Knight & X-Factors Dominic Harris.

Food entrepreneur Levi Roots took time to meet & chat with local business leaders and further support and inspiration was shared by Birmingham Council Leader - Councillor Mike Whitby and Trade & Investment Jamaica JAMPRO's Regional Manager Europe - Laurence Jones.

An inspired event supporting local business and celebrating excellent cuisine with an energising atmosphere!

A gloriously sunny day, music and delicious food was enjoyed by everyone who attended Birmingham first Caribbean Food Festival yesterday in Victoria Square.

The event is over two days with special guest Beverley Knight performing at midday on Saturday 4th June 2011.

Certainly their ambitions to grow the Event to become a summer version of the successful winter German Market are well on track!
